Hi there, I am Stacey
I’ve been a professional photographer for almost 20 years. I’m married to my best friend Matt who happens to be a crazy talented photographer. We have a wildly imaginative independent daughter named Billie and a pup named Goldie. They make me laugh and infuriate me on a daily basis (if you know, you know). They are my heart.
I do this photography thing because of the connection it gives me to others. I genuinely just love people. I get so much joy from making others feel seen and loved and that’s what photography is for me. I’ve got a special place in my heart for moms, for kids, and for single parents. I like to fly by the seat of my pants. I’m always up for an adventure and I keep my cool when plans change. I always root for the underdog and I prefer kindness over coolness. I hope you do too.

First and foremost, I want to be your friend, not just another vendor. I firmly believe your photographer should feel like an old friend. If that’s not me, that’s ok, I’ll even help you find a different one. I’m all about communication. I’m an open book and I don’t ever want you to feel in the dark about anything. I’m here throughout your planning process to answer any questions or offer suggestions. I love to meet up for a coffee or an adult beverage to talk things over. In fact, I pretty much insist that we get to know each other a bit before your session or wedding.
This is a collaboration between us. If you have an idea I’d love to hear it! I’m not really into pouring over Pinterest boards and again, I’m much more into the moments than poses. However, I do think Pinterest/instagram can be great tools. I want this to be fun for you and a chance for you to get creative as well. Bring your thoughts to the table! I’m going to be your hype girl though this whole thing so get ready for me to be your new #1 fan.
